Blood fear ?

The site of it doesn't really scare me. But blood sometimes has this scent that I can't really handle

nope. i am a pharmacist and i used to work in a hospital. the pharmacy is right next to the emergency room. i find it painful.. because i can hear patients scream because of pain. but i ain't afraid of blood.

I imagine it's because blood is generally associated with bad things: tests, accidents, sickness, etc. There's not too many circumstances where seeing blood is a good thing. (Childbirth, maybe...that's about it!) happy mylot day.

i dont mind seeing myself bleed but i simply cant stand stand seeing other people bleeding. its really annoying, as im completely useless in emergency situations..

No it doesnt bother me my hubby cant take it if its is own blood but others he can.

Yes I am afraid to see blood (makes me feel faint) and to think that I had wanted to be a nurse! Maybe that's why I was destined not to be one, lol. Actually my parents could not afford to send me to nursing school so I took up a 1-year Secretarial course, the shortest course that would enable me to have a job fast and support myself through college. How I hate it when I have to undergo a blood test now and then because of diabetes. I'm sort of getting used to it but I still feel very uneasy seeing blood, especially my own; needles also sort of scare me, as well as pointed things -- sharp knives, ice pick, scalpels, etc. because it somehow denotes blood to me. I'm so chicken hearted!

YES! I am bigtime afraid of blood! I am scared of blood more than anything else in this world I just can't bear to see even a drop of blood! Though I am not scared of seeing my own blood oozing out,I just can't see a drop of blood coming out of even a tiny cut or something from someone else! It somehow pains a lot! That's the reason I didn't take medical. I can't see blood at all especially sombebody else's

Blood doesn't bother me at all. I actually like to see blood . Especially in horror films.

No..I am not afraid of blood at all..It is what helps me keep my good shiny hair,and looks...I love blood...Taste pretty good..Don't see why people should be afraid of it.
