Montero sudden unintended acceleration

I honestly think that sudden unintended acceleration in montero don't exist. For me, all of it is just purely human error. But there was one cctv video that made me think about it. After the car bumped, black smoke was blown by its pipe. I happen to own a Mitsubishi strada, and it has the same built and same interior on the inside. I think it's more of faulty design than human error. You can change gears without even stepping on the brakes. No safety buttons for it. For me, sudden unintended acceleration really should be called human error. But who am I to say this when I have not lost anyone I love, who am I to judge by saying that it's just a human error when people died because of this so called accidents.

I still think there needs to be and investigation in our country, why is it that it's always the same type of vehicle involved? It's a very expensive vehicle so i do not think the people involved are stupid or would try to extort money from Mitsubishi. In fairness to all concerned including the manufacturer, tests and investigation should be done and if found defective should be recalled similar to what they do in other countries.
