The balcony

On Friday I told you about the city taking the windows out to repair them in December in the cold. Well today they put on the balcony. I was under the impression that the new balcony was going to be cement and that it would be put up next Spring.
Instead, they put on something that looks like aluminum. Unless that is just the inside and they cover frame with cement.

me two because they showed us in Aug what it is supposed to look like and it is all cement. I am not sure if that is just something they put underneath or what.

@Jessicalynnt we can't really ask, the plans are made and one worker doesn't know what the other workers are doing. I will find out if they add to it. I know the picture they have up is a cement balcony.

Didn't you complain about that? what was your request? if that is something not much then you should complain.

We all complained the old building of people are inconvenienced but there is nothing we can do.
