Cheating at Bingo

I am so disgusted. I go to a very small bingo which is basically a fundraiser for the Knights of Columbus. It was found out at the last bingo that two people were cheating and calling out bingo when they didn't have it. When they repeated the bingo numbers to the caller, they took numbers on different cards to look like they had the bingo. One guy cheated like this five times.
Imagine such a little bingo and he still has to cheat. It wasn't like you win a lot at these bingos because you don't. You win a bottle of windex, or small things like that. For the money cards you only win about 11dollars or so. So why would anyone want to cheat.? Not that cheating is right at anytime.

it's either he thinks he's so smart that he can outsmart all the rest in there or he needs it so badly and i hope it's not to support a bad habit

he probably thinks he can outsmart people, because we are talking about small prizes like a bars of soap lol

@winterose if he thinks he's smarter, he probably isn't , imagine trading your dignity and self esteem for a bar of soap and probably some candies lol!

hope the organizers kick them out and ban them for it - spoils the events for everyone else

I here they are going to change the rules so that when somebody calls bingo another person will check the card and call the numbers.
