Debate on a few things!

Now a friend on Facebook posted an article to being a vegetarian that said "A new year resolution that's good for you and the planet: Stop eating meat". You know I am really getting tired of people shoving their views in my face. It seems like vegetarians are the worst. Most of them feel like they are much better than the rest because, they don't eat meat. They believe that eating meat is destroying the earth and, overall better for your body. I have been a heavy meat eater ever since I was born. I rarely ever get sick and, always have had plenty of energy. It was a pretty long debate on Facebook. I told them don't shove your views in other peoples faces because, they seem to do that often. Just live your life the way it is. Another thing that really is annoying. Most of them have went to college or university yet, they can't speak or type proper English! Reading some of their replies was painful. We are really doomed in the future!

@nestea89 I think meats play an important part in a healthy diet, just as much as fruits and veggies!

@Angelee_27 Meats add flavor to vegetables lol. I'd rather lick the road outside than eat tofu haha.

I eat fish but I haven't eaten meat in 25 years and it IS better for you and for the planet to not eat meat. Try to imagine how your friend feels living in a country that's shoving meat eating in his/her face every day before suggesting that he/she is shoving their opinion in yours. As for your final haughty paragraph, you might want to take another look at that before you criticise other people's English'. As far as I know 'have went' is not the proper English you're promoting.

We all live in the same country and, England English could be different from Canadian English. No punctuation and typing "lyke tis" That is very annoying!

I don't eat meat but I don't preach. Strangely, meat eaters often want to make me declare why I don't eatmeat. They are quite belligerent. I don't answer because I don't see any need to defend myself. If they want to know, they can find enough information elsewhere.

my mom is a hypocritical vegan. I say this because she pushes her beliefs on me as she says that eating this way is soooo good for you...and she tells everyone that this is how she eats and how she is so much healthier now. yet sometimes I see her bring home a pizza with plenty of cheese and meat...or something else of the sort. Oh and she drinks like a fish. But don't get me started....
