"The body is about 70% water, give or take. We're constantly losing water from our bodies, primarily via urine and sweat. There are many different opinions on how much water we should be drinking every day. The health authorities commonly recommend eight 8-ounce glasses, which equals about 2 liters, or half a gallon."
I read this from an online nutrition site. Now I think I am not at all drinking enough water. I think I always forget to drink enough water. Maybe I should change this practice to stay healthy. Thought you should know also.

When I am in the office, I often drink water. And I especially use a big mug, so that at least I hope I can drink enough water for a day. But in the weekends I seldom drink water because it is so boring to drink it. I have no better choice in the office and therfeore I have to drink water.

It is also depend the weather and the physical activities. If we sweat a lot then we have to drink enough for loss of water through sweat. If the weather is too cold then we don't need that much water. Still it is good to health we drink enough water for the day.
