Hi Mylot Friends, Yellow alert was declared in China's, Yantai due to heavy snowfall, it is the second dangerous alert in the climate. Due to heavy snowfall the traffic was disrupted on the roads. Govt announced that people must aware of this snow fall conditions and take precautionary measures when leaving out side of the home. The ill health people should take more precautionary measures for this heavy rain fall
