What you talk about often is probably what's in your heart

A few years ago my American friend Ron always mentions "Jesus" whenever we converse or with other friends, although I'm Christian, I felt a little uneasy cause he would do it even while we are drinking a few bottles of ice cold beer to cool ourselves. He later told me that " what you talk about often is what you love most deep in your heart"," you talk a lot about your family, children, beautiful wife, car hobby etc...that is probably what you love the most in your life" Do you agree or disagree? So what do you talk about often?

Greed. Lets say all I want to talk about is success in life. I hope Jesus wont hate for this one. Poverty sucks and though I am an upper middle class person, I wanted more. I wanted to be so rich because it will make my finances better. I can help charities, I am far from poverty and I can have everything that I wanted.

very true Albert, so just talk about it often cause that is what is in your heart, i think positive thinking is not only thinking but speaking it out loud and there's a very big chance it would happen because of positive attraction

yes i agree, it's a matter of building and preparing for the future although we cannot discount luck and right timing but i guess that's another discussion lol!

That is true as far as I'm concerned. I talk about God, Jesus, justice, love , caring, health, silliness, the news, etc.

Good then that is what is inside your heart. I know somebody who talks about gambing and winnings, he's a gambler.

I don't know but it's been years since I've talk something to certain people. The last conversation i had wasn't so good either, I mean i wasn't good at talking. There's a fine line were you talk safe and what should be in your mind. People that are tactfull doesn't realize whom they are offending.

With friends we know the topics that are common. With others, especially when business is involved, I am circumspect as I do not know what their interests are. Some are reticent, stick to what they came for. Of course, some enquire about family and so it becomes easy to share other topics - siva
