Recently, two of us in the office face the dry eyes problem. My young colleague starts to use eye glasses to prevent the glare to her eyes. I use eye drop, and I take salmon oil. There is nothing much we can do about it, since our jobs require us to use the computer all the time. Do you have dry eyes problem? How do you cope with it?

I use refresh tears to moisiten my eyes. I also wear glasses with photochromic lenses while working on the pc and watching tv.

That is very wise. I do not see any reason to use glasses for work since our computer screen has a protector. if I put on glasses with such lenses, I think I will have a hard time reading the words.

@scheng1 The glasses do not change anything. They just take care of the glare. Since you say there is already a shield you do not need to use them.

I think we all have this kind of problem. I also use eye drop but I don't use it quite often because I am still afraid whether it will have some side effects. Make sure the light is bright enough because it will be good for the eyes. And of course taking a break is still necessary. Even if you can just go to drink a cup of water and then go back to work. I heard the radish will be good for the eyesight. It doesn't taste so bad anyway.

Yes, there are a few toilets in the office, so I always go to the furthest one. I need the slight exercise, and to take longer time away from the computer. Data entry job is terribly boring, and bad for the eyes.
