Over for the time being...

Hello, all ! I worked my last at Little Oaks for the time being. The director's Mom, who drove me home, said they'll probably need me again next year. ;) Today wasn't so bad. One of the children seemed to misbehave a bit more today, but maybe it was partially because they knew they were going to be out of school until next year. ;) Even thought it's not pay day, I was given my check today, including payment for today. For now I am just glad to have a couple of weeks where I don't wake up at four. Tomorrow, I am going to (I think) get back to work in earnest on the bookmark order that I have. Mom's friend is coming over Sunday and we're supposed to exchange gifts, but of course I can't the gift that I bought for her. ;( I tried to look through the things on my desk, but I only wound up making a bunch of stuff fall onto the floor. Sigh. Mom says she has something I can give her, but ... ;p I am disappointed in myself, but I am not going to get upset/stress over it. I have too much else to do. ;p Hope all is well in your part of My Lot land !
