Its a new project of Google, which gives the people all over the world, atleast the ones who dont have or cant afford any internet services, free internet through wifi networks which are fixed on a stationary flying balloon. Nice, right? In my country internet services are a little expensive. I welcomes this great project by Google. We need projects like this which helps the common man. I dont know if it has started yet. Do you know anything about it?
