19 Kids And Let's Get a 20th!

Rumor is in the news that Jim Bob and Michelle Duggar of TV's cancelled 19 Kids and Counting are adopting a 20th child. God help that child! The Duggars have been all over the news when it was revealed that one of their sons had sexually preyed upon his sisters as a teenager and was unfaithful to his wife by using the Ashley Madison website. He's currently in 'treatment' at an undisclosed location. These actions coming to light caused TLC to drop the family's show from its schedule.
I think the Duggars adopting a 20th child is all a publicity stunt! Michelle Duggar doesn't even like her children after they reach toddlerhood. She hands them over to their older sisters to be raised. There are a lot of observations about how the oldest girl, Jana, is basically caretaker to all the children. The children are homeschooled, which seems to amount to not being schooled at all and generally see, neglected emotionally by their parents. This 20th child is just a way to get their name back in the news.

I never watched that show, I think it's absolutely ridiculous to allow them to adopt.

Home Schooling does not mean not being schooled at all. I Home School my children and they do learn.
Aside from that, kids should not be forced to raise other children but there's nothing wrong with them helping out.

They shouldn't even be allowed to adopt after the scandal they are in the middle of with their son. Those poor kids. There really should be a limit to how many kids a person can have biologically or through adoption honestly.

Why on earth would any adoption agency let people have SO many kids.
