Saturday lunch minced meat and russian salad.

Yeah its wintery saturday afternoon and I cooked a spicy simmered beef mince with yummy creamy russian salad(calorieful but its my pragnancy craving). We had mince beef with readymade flatten bread.My daughters had burping lunch as they love russian salad. What did you had in lunch?

I had leftovers from the delicious roasted turkey thigh I made yesterday. I even put in a halved pear, 3 apricots and some raisins.
