I Just HAD to Open My Mouth, Didn't I?

I have an immune deficiency, and it causes me to get sick a lot. My most frequent illness is bronchitis, which I wouldn't wish on my worst enemy.
Yesterday at work we were talking about getting sick in the winter. I made the comment that I'd suffered through bronchitis on and off (more on than off) since September 2014, but I hadn't had any real breathing/coughing problems in about three months.
I just had to open my mouth, didn't I?
I woke up this morning short of breath and coughing.
Time for the Teslas pearls and double doses of amoxicillin!! And next time I'm not sick for three months I'll keep my mouth shut about it!!

I get severe bronchitis as least once a year and wind up on steroids, breathing treatment and lots of anti-bs. The coughing is endless it seems.

I broke a rib once from coughing so hard during a bronchitis flare-up. Earlier this year they introduced me to the tesla pearls, and I started wondering where have these things been all my life?? As I don't have an allergic reaction to them I have fallen in love with the way they ease a severe cough. I try to avoid the steroids because it takes me 20 months to lose the weight from a 20-day treatment.

@FourWalls The eating on steriods doesn't bother me, its the lack of sleep the whole time that does.

It's it funny but the way you tell it is. I'm on oxygen so I can relate. It seems we can speak things into existence.
