This Repatriate Box looks tampered

Hello Lotters, We also called this BALIKBAYAN BOX that Filipino working abroad would give to their love ones here. Recently my Dad wanted to gives us Box this coming holidays, not the first time though and were happy because he's been sending us this recently. But the issue with the Customs tampering with the Boxes had me worried. because there was this one time they inspect the box and did not return it the way.It was, in fact it was worse some of them consume what's in the box and left it with nothing but wrappers. Some small appliances were taken also and when the family arrived to take the box, they were asked tremendous amount of fee to get it. Now, we got this box and it doesn't look it got handled with care. the tear on the side proves somewhat that this was tampered. Im pretty sure they already some red tape that they would attempt to cover it up and make it look like nothing happened. It's not fair, that the customs, goons from the Airport would do this for their own selfish needs. These people (ow) who put stuff in those box filled it from their own sweat and blood from their hard work. Those officials had no right tampering those boxes. oh, it fumes me mad
