Okay, folks, let us take a recess from the Miss Universe gaffe. Here is something new that most of us have never heard of or even thought about. Let me take you to Netherlands! According to the news-article featured in a local tabloid (Calgary Sun) in Netherlands prostitution is LEGAL and it is even openly advertised. Recently, there was a question of paying off driving instructors with “hokey pokey” (sex) instead of cash or credit card. According to politicians such a barter deal would avoid taxing for the service. It makes sense, ey? But wait! According to the news article Netherlands’ Infrastructure Minister Melanie Schultz van Haegen and Justice Minister Ard van der Steur the “ride for a ride” – the common term for the agreement – should not be against the law! I guess this one makes more sense! Now, if a female customer opts to pay by “hokey pokey” and the taxi driver eagerly accepts, this must be the usual question of a female customer to the taxi driver: “Can I pay here?” I wonder what Donald Trump thinks about this!

When I read you title Hokey Pokey the first thing that popped into my mind was that song from years ago about the hokey pokey. It is funny what people do and what is legal in some places and not legal in others. Guess if the taxi driver doesn't need the fare and would rather have hokey pokey why not.

@poehere That is so sad . . . an 80-year-old woman trying to find a way to survive! Where are her children, now that she needs them most?

@antonbunot I think they are with her in jail. Seems it was her idea and the kids just help sell the product. So they are all doing time.

From what that man has said, I would guess he would stop running for the US presidency and move to the Netherlands to become a taxi driver. His next business will be opening up a service enterprise in the Netherlands.
