At Last They Handed The Keycard

Who's to blame when we waited for 2 1/2 hours just to get a hotel room?
We booked this festive staycation since August. We want to try to celebrate holiday with the view of Marina Bay and we are happy to find and reserved a hotel deal at Marina Mandarin by Meritus Group.
We arrived here around 2:00pm for checking in but the rooms were not yet ready. Almost 3 hours of waiting...finally!
We are currently now in the room, resting, later we wiil dip in their pool. :)

If that was the case , didn't they give you both a complimentary meal for waiting that long ? 
I like it that you are always like honeymooners . Keep it up .

As we still do not have a children, we want to maximize our time with each other po. Hehe! We are waiting to their lounge that offers a free drinks but we do not bother. haha! We are annoyed that time.
But after they read our blog, they gave us a complimentary stuffed toy!
Thanks po again for the compliment. I always tell to my husband to take a photo of me with love. Hehe.. That is maybe the reason why he always have a good shot of me.

wow your holiday time start but its very annoying that you have to wait for 3 hours even you book room before but at now you are in room so i am glad and enjoy holiday with your family,i hope you not miss your sister in law

@birjudanak For 31st. We will just stay at home because husband needs to go to office by 1st January. How about you? what is your plan?

That has happened to us before. We rented a little cottage on Tybee Island and was there at the time tey told us to be there, and it was not ready, they were still cleaning. We loved the cabin and also use the Mermaid cottages every time we go there, but was upset because we were so tired and really wanted to rest, but had to find a place to go and do something while they finished cleaning.
