Sometimes I will be thinking on the use of lights. We use candles, chandeliers, earthen lamps, pots, Gas lights, decorative lamps, LED lights, etc..for various purposes and on various occasions. They are used in temples, churches, synagogues, and other places of worship Even if there is any religion prohibiting the use of lighting the lamps, it in the least mean uses Scented sticks. This is all done as a mark of respect to the Almighty while praying. Is there any religion which is not using light?

I think the reason lights are used is because they can portray an incredible powerful image. Years ago we had Hindu neighbours and on Diwali they used to put tea-light candles on the wall surrounding their home, in time they replaced them by a string of electric lights.

I do not think so. I think even Satanic cults use lights in some ways, but I am not sure about it. I do think that incense and candles are the two very basic items in major religions.
