Juvenile Justice Law !! How fair ? How Unfair ???

Finally 16-year-old 's with heinous crime can go to jail. This is the Juvenile Justice Bill that got an aye from the Parliament after three years of the unforgettable , unforgivable Delhi Gang Rape Case. The most and highest level of violence that time was projected by the then 15 year old ,now who is 18 and released. This bill was passed after the high pressure by Indian Public.Having said that it is known that this bill will have minimum or zero effect on the juvenile that is released now. Shockingly there are more cases pending that are equal or more heinous. What drives a child to be a murderer or rapist ? Should we always have the tag of background_is_bad ? Are we not guilty of having children that are burden to house as well society ? Do we have any rehabilitation for those who are acquitted? How more should we focus on the law than the actual corrected behaviour? What is the effect on our country after the bill ? We go by the mad crowd. One wants it , everyone wants it. Road less traveled is very less here. Are the girls safe after Nirbhayas case ? With the odd even number game in Delhi for Cars from Jan , there will be some 4000 extra buses plying on the streets of Delhi. The same bus , the same Delhi , the same Nirbhaya.

I think this is fair if crime very big like rape or killing then the person should also be treated as normal person and get normal decision and he should not be escaped just because he is less then 18 year old.

It might help other kids to restrain from committing such a crime but then again we aught to mind how we bring up our kids
