Using heating pad to ease down from cramps.

Well I am lying on my bed and watching an old comic indian movie.On the other I have padded up the electric heat back on my tummy and on my back to ease down the cramps.The miscarriage lead me to these worst pains.These pad ease my pain to an extent.

I hope you feel better and I am sorry to hear about your miscarriage. Heat does help ease cramps for me also.

The doctor mentioned that .....but will be gone with passage of time.
