My dream house is simple and easy to get one when I have money to buy one. I want to a house when I want to see the beach but not very close to the beach in case there will be a tsunami comes up suddenly. I don't need any swimming pool or many bedroom in my house. For more rooms and more fancy stuffs means more cleaning and management. As long as it is safe, clean, facing the beach so that I can run around with my dogs for awhile, I will be happy to get a house like this. so, my dream house is very simple . How about yours ?

Hey hey hey, it sounds good to be too
. I am sure there are many places like that in the United States. Maybe I can start to follow you now and some day you can show me your bungalow then.

@wildlittlefan I grew up just a few miles from a beach like the one I'd like to retire to.

My dream house would be on top of a mountain surround by trees for shade in the summer. A flat spot outside to grow food. Nine rooms total, minimally decorated.

I am living in my dream house. A four bedroom house. So we will be buying a smaller one story home.

Well it's not exactly a dream home. But I've been living in my dream apartment for a year-and-a-half. It's 10 minutes to the gym, 20 to downtown to the library and church I go to, one way. On hte other side, it's 7 minutes to the local grocery store. Perfect for me, since I don't try and walk to it, except for the snow. There's the living room-dining room area, a niche for my mini home office where I'm at now, next to my mini library against the same wall. There's the kitchen with the dishwasher, a walk-in closet with plenty of storage space, one bathroom, one bedroom, and an outdoor patio. Too much information?
My only gripe I have is the outdoor walkway to go downstairs. There's been ongoing construction for 4.5 months to fix the walkways for each floor. I live on the 5th floor.
