You know what. You don't have to have a credit card to get paypal. You can use a bank account to verify your account. I know this because I have one for my business and one for personal. I just used my bank account to verify the PP account. Plus it was a very long time before I ever did this one and I still got money to my account and was able to withdraw it. There is a PP service center - call them they can help you and answer your questions better than we can.

You need a PayPal account in order to be paid here. There is no other option. I believe that, in India, you will require a PAN and a bank account in order to open a PayPal account. Since the minimum payout here is $10, that probably gives you plenty of time to set up what is necessary.
