Do you have offshore bank account.

I have a virtual bank account on Bank Of America. No-no-don't get me wrong, I have never visited the US to get the bank account. I got this account via payoneer.

sometimes you may need off shore bank account to do certain transaction

@Missmwngi in some countries in order to have a paypal account you need a us bank account.

I got one but haven't used it as I have no luck with Fiverr, infolinks, adf.ly, etc.
