I got drunk with fruit wine!

A male colleague gave me this bottle of wine when we went to school to get our salary on the 15th of December, last year. We were only 2 who were given wine, that was why I had to hide the bottle in my bag. I told my colleague, Sir AR, that I will chill the wine for New Year’s Eve, which I did yesterday evening. So, I sang out loud before the stroke of midnight. “My Way” and ending it with “Green green grass of home”, but my ‘singing’ voice was drowned with the numerous ‘singing voices’ of our neighbors too; that was how some of us welcomed New Year—it was not with a BANG, but with a SHOUTING SONG! There were fire works too but from a distance. Anyway, when we had our midnight meal (media Noche) I suggested that we drink the cooled wine; my family however refused. They preferred to have a glass each of root beer. I wanted the wine. I took a sip, and when I tasted it as like a concentrated fruit juice, I half-filled my glass of 240ml (that is 120ml), and drank it all up after our meal. Alas! It showed in my face. My eyes were ‘tantalizing’ and I felt dizzy. I told my siblings and my son that I should go to sleep. I slept at 1AM. I got drunk with a berry wine.
