Hectic holidays!

Hi all, it seems ridiculous, but I haven't had time to be on myLot for a couple of weeks! Ever since my husband broke up from work we have been pretty full on with gatherings, friends, kids and family things...which has been wonderful if a little tiring. Anyway, the new year is here, the parties are over, its back to work for us both on Monday and a semblance of routine will be back in order - happy new year everyone!

I know right?! Holidays can get really tough. have you tried online shopping... maybe you can also up your shopping game... say start by October hihi :)

I did a bit of shopping online to be fair, and it was far less stressful lol, saw a lady buying reduced wrapping paper and ribbons the other day ready for this Christmas...wish I could be that organized! :)

We will also be back to work this Monday. We are trying to savor what little days left of our holiday break. I know that there will be lots of paperwork that I will need to process on Monday, and I know it will take me a few days to update my work load. Anyway, it may seem odd but there is a part of me that is actually wanting to be at work already.

That sounds more tiring than working full time. I hope that both of you have time to rest before life goes back to normal.

Hi Gemma, glad to know you had a lovely time with hubby for holidays. Tho it is back to normal now it is somewhat of comfort to us as we are not as busy. Happy New Year to you both.
