Adding a "Show All Comments" Button to Discussions

@GoAskAlice How about adding a button to discussions which which would totally expand the thread and show all comments, without having to do it manually? If the thread is extensive, it can be tedious to do this.

I am not sure of the value of such a button, but it would be nice if twice as many comments are shown to a response.
