Time to sleep; no phone. no computer

Indonesia
January 5, 2016 10:17am CST
Start tonight I will turn off my phone and my computer before midnight and sleep. I need to get my normal life back. Sleep at night time and working at day time. A little exercise in the morning and afternoon. I have to stop being an owl. Wish me luck

Good Luck with that as it is good to turn the phone off at night and sleep then you are not so tired throughout the day because you have not been on the phone at night for hours.

@mrswhitfield Yep it is a habit you need to break and just focus on important things whatever your goals are.

Yes I really need my night sleep. Sleep during day time made me feel tired and lazy all day and skip so much work

I used to fall sleep easy in dark and quiet at night but then it changed. I want my night sleep back to normal. I need to be a normal morning person again

Really. It's so late in the night and I am still awake because of this smart phone. I think I should also turn it off and sleep. But bad habits die hard.

When I do so, usually it is because I don't feel well and I have to have enough rest to get better soon. I am much more like a night owl and also an early bee

Sometimes we have to shut everything off. I hope you get proper rest. We certainly need that.

It is tough to get away from the "new normal" back to "good old" days. Best of luck anyway - siva

I have the same problem as you do and it is really hard to break the habit. Technology is so much a part of our lives that living without it seems impossible. But I guess I'll also try your technique and hopefully I'll have positive results. Good luck to us!

Good luck with not being a night owl. Sometimes, I wished I could turn off my phone at night, but I have elderly family members that might need me throughout the night.
