Are we all aliens to this Earth? Life first started on Mars?

According to experts, to name one among them is Biochemist Steven Benner of The Westheimer Institute for Science and Technology in Florida and According to new research presented at the annual Goldschmidt geochemistry conference in Florence, humans are all aliens to this earth and we have migrated here from Mars. However, we are gradually adapting to the laws of survival on Earth, and things like sunburn, badbacks, vulnerable to the diseases and flu, and many others similar aspects prove that we are not yet fully adapted to Earths environment and climate. Even panspermia theory also claims life on Earth may have arrived here from outer space.. So this conclude - we all are alien on this planet - Earth.

If life began on Mars, then why is there no life on Mars?
