The Right to Vote

Too many legislatures around the country are trying to make it more difficult for Americans to vote. This is almost exclusively led by the GOP. They want to restrict hours. They want to make it harder to use absentee ballots. They insist on photo ID, but make it harder to obtain. The aim is to reduce voters who are minority, students, and any other classification that tends to vote Democratic. They say it is all to prevent voter fraud although this is not a problem around the country.
