my cell scared me to death this AM as the screen was blank. I started to reserach it online and they said removing the battery would likely help. It did fix it...but I don't know what caused it...It seems to be a problem with this phone. They said the proximity sensor might be bad???? Has your cell frightened you?

I hope your phone is now fixed. Yes, my phone has had me frightened. I have the Apple iPhone 6 plus and within less than a year, the camera sensor went bad. I had the sensor replaced, but now the photos are still not clear as I would like. I have to probably bring the phone in again. Another problem, is my phone sometimes freezes!

Well so far so good, but they said the fix is the proximity sensor..which in order to use that correctly, apparently you have to go into the root...hmmm sounds techy...I may have to read about that...hopefully the phone won't act up again until I do.

If your mobile phone can be fixed by removing the battery, perhaps it is likely at that time something wrong with the operating system. This hardly happens. So you shall not be worried about it so much.

My cell does strange things often. I think mine is just old and is time for a new one. I hope yours doesn't frighten you too much more. I know I have had to remove my battery often to fix mine
