I Still Love My Planner Agenda

With all the technology we have, almost every portable gadgets we have can set reminders and calendars, like phones and tablets. I have both, and while I can put down important appointments and reminders in these, I still prefer the good old paper and pencil that is my agenda.
I am currently using a LV PM Agenda in monogram print. It is a birthday gift from my boyfriend and I am so loving it. I still write down my appointments, reminders, to-do lists, shopping lists, everything! I am that type of person who likes making lists, and I find satisfaction and some semblance of organization when I can check off everything in my list. Or sometimes, I will be happy knowing that I only have two more things in my list that I need to do, and then I can relax.
Are you also old school paper and pencil like me? What do you think are the advantages and disadvantages of using paper and pencil in planning your day as compared to electronic gadgets?

I do prefer writing down notes too! In my purse, I always carry a pen and small note pad.

@Raine38 Me too! It's a reminder because we physically wrote it down with our hands. If I type, I can forget because I didn't have to use much to type compared to writing.
