Have you ever helped a poor person? are you kind enough?

So I was on my way to work this morning and it's really cold in the morning.
I happened to find a old man just sit by the railway station like covered with rags and probably hadn't eaten or such since last night, he looked in a mess.
I walked up to him and gave him some money, and ask him to eat something, the SMILE that he gave me literally brought my day. I mean maybe God wanted me to do this so he could smile, knowing that there are good people still here in the city and not like others who just pass homeless people.

I too have noticed many beggars near railway stations, temples and bus stand.at first I use to give them money but gradually I understood that its their work.one day a very small boy was begging.I called NGO and they took him with them and gave admission in a school and now he is studying well..

Yeah for children it's different. So you did the right thing, cause if you give young ones money they go and spend it on other things where they damage their lives.
There are to many beggars on the road. Sad.

I love what you did. I just hope everyone could be like that. It's really sad so many of little kids are forced to begging sometimes by their circumstances and sometimes they are forced into it.

Hi, yes I help often, there is a homeless woman in my neighborhood and I give her some money a few times a week to make sure she eats something. It could be the mother of anyone of us.

That's great thing. Yes, I help always to another and I get more happy from it.
I remember that one day morning, there was a old man under the tree. He looked like a hungry man, but I hadn't more money to give him. I gave my lunch box with meal and my water bottle. Then I went to office.

Yes, that's true. Many people collect money that way for drinks.

You are kind to do that. But if there could be some ways like reporting it to the Social Welfare/govt. they could be helped, or provide some job opportunities so they can help themselves.

yes ofen i ha ve and yes Im kind enugh b u I do not share b eca use I belong to pass i on we hep o thers just o b e helping we want no recognition as we want themn to helpoers as theyhave been helped. I did not help others to ge recognition at all.

i always try to help beggars on the street, small kids working for helping their families..
