What Exactly Does It's Just His Way Mean?

I really hate it when someone behaves like a total moron, bully boy or petty crook and his / her friends defend them for it with lines like 'he's alright really - it's just his way'.
I can almost see Hitler's pals excusing his megalomania and extreme xenophobia with a similar 'he's alright when you get to know him' attitude.
If someone's way is being intimidating, showing other people around, and having a bunch of cronies who step back and allow him to get on with it, that someone is no friend of mine and possibly not his cronies either.
Someone who is pleasant and helpful to ten people but mean to one or two is not a good person, and the people he is friends with are often closet bullies themselves, possibly relieved that he pushes someone else round and not them. If a friend of mine needlessly distresses other friends he loses my respect too - it might be his 'way' but his 'way' is not acceptable to me - maybe that's just my own way.

@jaboUK exactly, but many people seem to like being around thugs even when those thugs turn on their other friends - quite disturbing

I so agree, it's his way is no excuse for bad behavior. I once knew a girl who caused trouble everywhere she went. I think she just liked peoples reactions to her behavior. I quit being anywhere she was. Not how I like to hang.

I try my best to stay as away as I can from people who have a hot headed attitude. Even those who are kind of arrogant tend to make me unhappy and as such, I would prefer staying away from them too. I consider people who hurt others and show off (their way) as negative energies.

We all have a bad day...or act bad on a given day.

some people have little people skills, but there is a difference between being odd, and being nasty!
