It didn't take any time at all for the vultures to descend.
David Bowie released his last album, "Blackstar", 2 days ago...available on vinyl for around $25-$30.
And then with the announcement of his death, people started buying up the stocks of his album, and now want up to $700 for a copy.
These aren't even Bowie fans, they are just (unmentionable) making money from his death, and ripping off the vinyl lovers.
People like this make me sick.

I imagine that even if there weren't greedy vultures like this, the price of his album would have probably still risen anyway, maybe just not as high.

I can still buy it from reputable sellers for about $30

@JolietJake That's good to hear! And I'm glad that I read your post, because I didn't even realize that David Bowie had released a new album! Have you listened to it? Is it good?

@moffittjc I haven't heard it yet, but a few friends on a vinyl group on facebook have said it is pretty good

It's like the scalpers at concerts, buying up tickets and then charging a hundred more

reminds me of ticket scalpers when there's a concert here. they prey on the desperate.
