Brrr It's Cold Out There

I decided to take a look at the weather site to see what the temp was. I think it warmed up since I took my son to work this morning. Then we had blue skies and glaring sun and it was a lot colder than the 6F and -4F wind chill the site had to offer. It has also clouded over and we're supposed to get snow for the next three days.
I also noticed the next snow system is going to affect a lo of states from the Midwest to the northeast and they are talking feet of snow not just inches, though for me it's inches, but I'll take it if it means the temps will go back to normal for this time of year. I love winter, but the wind chills are painful.
Are you in the next system coming through?

@just4him no frost, so it must have been just above freezing, I know I am chilled even inside so far today

We are even having a cold snap here in Florida, we have a freeze warning for the next few days with temps only going up into the 60s.

@BelleStarr That is seriously cold for Florida. I'm sure you had the heat on. I'm sure you're glad you're missing the snow in Portland right now, as I understand they are getting hit in the NE.

North of us their getting 2 feet of snow and us were only getting 2 inches of snow by tomorrow evening. We've had wind gust up to 50mph and that continues thru tomorrow also.

Oh hello! You are close to me kind of - I am in Minnesota and I think the low today was around -8 but with windchills of -30. This is an awful time of year when I always wonder why it is I think this place is so special. Ugh.ts awful when you go outside for 15 minutes and you are at risk of getting frostbite! I feel your pain :-(

Thank you. We have like temps and wind chills. I worry because my son is walking to work and home in this. It isn't a far walk, but it is in these temps.

Thankfully I don't have to worry about the snow anymore. 
The lows are unusual though, high 40s. We haven't been that cold for a while. It is getting cold this week so I guess that front is hitting here. I hope you stay warm. I'm going to be eating soup and wearing my warm fuzzy socks.

I don't blame you. I think the thermals might be over kill for me, but just thinking about them makes me warmer.
