Do you wear Spectacles?

No i dont wear spectacles or lenses. But i sit on computer for very long time so i think very soon i will need one of these:)

I should wear glasses, but i hate them.. i know it is bad for my eyes, but I don't wear anything at all.

well, its funny to recall...but when i was in school i was fascinated with wearing glasses so, developed minor sight defect by reading books from so close....that defect remained the same for 11 years until now...now i just am not regular with wearing glasses...it depends on my mood....lol..

Your post is an useful reminder for me. Because my eye sight is not perfect . I was using a pair of spectacles . But after losing them , I have been procastinating the plan to approach the opthalmologist . It is already 2 years . Perhaps this is one of the causes of my slow reading speed .

I wear my contact lens when im working & when im at home i'll switch to my spectacles.

No, I don´t wear spectacles, I am lucky that my eyes are perfectly ok!! I hope that lasts! :)

My eyes are perfect OK till date. So I do not wear spectacles for eye problem. I also do not use contact lens. The eye problem can be solved very well by doing Indian Yoga/pranayama. Details of how to do pranayamas are available at : www.divyayoga.com. I wear only to prevent me from sun, dust or when I drive byke fast. Then it is necessary to protect eyes from wind.
