woke up early..for nothing

Hello Lotters ,
I had a hard time sleeping early last night, I didn't drink any coffee in the afternoon but some how it was so hot that night i end up waking around 11. Though I was able to sleep, the alarm went off. Unfortunately, the first thing that came through my head was eating the pasta mom bought last night instead of my warm up exercise. In fact, I didn't exercise at all because of that pasta.
What's even worse my internet connection was acting so slow that it has pissed me off for the last two hours rebooting my modem. Now, it's seven in the morning and the internet seems to be back to normal. At the back of my mind, i could have just exercise during those two hours but i didn't get a full six hour sleep.
It's just one of those bad days.

I did sleep later on but it was a cut off to me and my frustration in the internet has made me regret not exercising. hmmm. i don't remember being lazy even when i sleep late, but i know for a fact, that it wasn't healthy @amnabas

I think my problem last night was i forgot my turn off my light and that caused me to wake up again amadeo

When you are sleepless your day will most likely don't turn productive but it still depends on your choice.

Stuff happens and you do miss the exercise when you don't do it. I would enjoy the exercise while the computer is not up to snuff. Hope the rest of the say was better...

It's never fun to start off your day like that. Well, it's in the past. Don't dwell on it and stay positive for the rest of the day. :-)
