Knotted email today Remember me saying yesterday I emailed the company back about the yarn which they had sent had knots in. It was to replace the yarn I had bought which too had knots in. They gave me 3 to place the one I complained about. Well today I got an email back saying they would send me 3 replacement balls to replace the one they had sent. They are wanting the ones back and will be putting in a prepaid shipping form in with the balls they are sending. When want to see what happening to the yarn and going to past everything on the manufacturing side of the business. I hope the 3 balls which are coming are knotless.
