Most people don't hear much about San Bernardino County in California. Sure it is part of what is known as the "Inland Empire" of Southern California but for the most part the County remains in obscurity. The world saw the city of San Bernardino during the horrific terrorist attack and many thought it would never happen in such a place. Although it is may be dubbed an empire the high and low deserts do not typically get the press of the oceans and nightlife of the counties to the west bordering the coast. Tonight (although this is early news) it seems the one Powerball winning ticket was sold in Chino Hills in San Bernardino County. Congratulations to the winner and for bringing some positive attention to this small corner of the world.
