How would you rate the Bush administration?

Bush misled America into war by making false assertions. He's managed the war extremely poorly. In fact, he's mismanaged almost everything he's touched! Energy, the border control, Katrina, Supreme Court Nominees (Harriet Myers?), international goodwill in so many ways, the debt, and on and on. He's made it a practice of refusing to be limited to his oath and the Constitution, and he's encouraging our military to conduct torture. His administration has made it a practice to assault its critics by questioning their patriotism, and has led the country by the cultivation of fear. I give the Bush administration a 2 out of 10. The reason I grade it that high is that I think we'll find out how really badly they've performed when the Democrats can conduct investigations.
