A Dream (A Poem)

Nighttime sleep,
Head softly in the pillow,
The mind drifts off into
A Dream!
Beautiful fairies,
Brave knights,
A fierce ogre,
And a troll,
What is this all about?
In a castle,
Chased by a snake,
Molten lava,
I want to scream and shout.
A dragon fires a bolt of steam,
The giant laughs with glee,
Wake up! Wake up!
It's only a dream.
Thank heaven
My mind is free.
