What is your Music?

I enjoy listening to things from Baroque to Thrash Metal. However, my heart resides in Pop, my soul in Orchestral, and my mind in the lyrics. So, for my songs, they will be electropop with orchestral instruments in it. So what is your favourite genre of music, and if you make music, what genre do you produce?

The music of my soul is hillbilly, honky tonk, bluegrass, and alt-country. NOT the manufactured pop/rock/rap they call "country music" today (think Buck Owens or the Delmore Brothers). I also like rock, oldies, and 40's/50's pop (like Sinatra, Torme, the Platters, Teresa Brewer, etc.). I have a friend who's trying to educate me on jazz, too....pray for him.

Nice! I hate it when they claim one genre but it's false. Like, Taylor Swift has always been Pop with "country instruments".

Mozart's classical melodies are always soothing and melts the heart. And when one fond of the lyrics along with good music, John Denver's country songs and his guitar chords are the feast to ears and hearts
