Rap lover?

"Rhythm and poetry" usually defined as rap has become my favorite genre in music now a days. I don't know how i fell in love with it but it makes me feel released from all the limits. And now i am curious to study about the origin of rap as i watched today STRAIGHT OUTTA COMPTON. Afro-Americans killed it by bringing a revolution through their different form of art as people doesn't consider it an art.Reducing the discrimination through their art.SALUTE YOU ALL My favorites are eminem and snoop dogg.They are the persons with the real attitude man. SNOOP DOGG(weed king) personality is just cool.hope to meet him once. But now a days rap is not the same as it used to be What do u people think on this? No intentions of displeasing someone

Not my favourite style/genre but I like some rap/hip-hop. "Rhythm and poetry" sounds like a backronym (acronym formed after the event) - cool though.

I despise rap and think of it as an insult to the intelligence of human beings. Except for Gil-Scott Heron and some random clever tunes.
