I see an ad that says, '4 foods to neer eat' But I like bananas / myLot

I like bananas. Don't you? Yet the ad shows a hand grasping a very huge banana! Maybe this is about not eating a raw plantain? They look a lot alike you know. I know that bananas are healthy for you. They promote a good source of potassium to the diet.
