I want to buy a new SUV

I would like to sell my Honda CRV right now and buy maybe a Toyota Fortuner because I spend too much money on the pump with my CRV because it uses unleaded fuel and it is expensive unlike diesel. I think for a person like me who loves to do roadtrips I need an SUV that has a diesel engine because it is cheaper in the pump and go for longer distances. What do you guys think?

Diesel fueled vehicles are a good choice if the increase in fuel mileage will offset the higher fuel price. In this area, diesel fuel generally runs higher than unleaded gas. Lately, the price of both has dropped rather low, lower than in years, so which one to use is a harder question to answer.

@DWDavis yeah I agree. and also if you are a person who loves to travel a lot then diesel fueled vehicle is the one for you. Right now I am negotiating with a seller see if I can push down the price since it's an 11 year old Toyota Fortuner.

I didn't realize how expensive unleaded fuel is, stay away from scams and fake owners...not sure if you can find one here.

Yeah Ill be purchasing from an authorized dealer of second hand vehicles. I think ill pick the black color though the white is kinda attractive too. But we'll see what happens friend. Thanks!

Yeah I am really considering buying a diesel vehicle right now it's a pain to be driving these gasoline engined suvs with just me spending more and more money for it it kinda feels like im wasting too much cash you know.
