When woman looks at Man, what she would notice at him? and what actually impress her at first sight ?

I have one mad doubt about woman's first sight at man.What actually woman's surprises at glance look at man. Which feels her to be impressed ?

To my mind - a woman notices at looks and gesture of a man, when she first confronts him. And if a woman needs to interact with a man, she would see how is the behaviour of that person towards him.
