Do you live in a HOA?

I live in a HOA and they never come by and check if anyone is in violation of the HOA rules and regulations. What is the point of having these rules if no one follows them? Do you think they should even have HOA rules and regulations if they dont impliment them?

The housing authority here has strict rules.Too strict.That is what I know.

I don't know what it is, but I'm sure that I don't live in one.
