How to turn my photos?

Can anybody tell me how to turn my photos that I post. They are all sideways. So far I have not seen a option to rotate the pic.

When I use my iPad, I always edit the picture ahead of time, either rotate save, return to upright, and save again. That works or I crop it just a little. As long as it has been edited it's fine .if I don't. It shows up sideways.
