Hyperhidrosis

Anyone ever experienced Hyperhidrosis ( excessive sweating condition) e.g sweaty hands? If so was it difficult for you especially when it came to shaking hands or holding someone's hand for a long period of time? What did you do to overcome this predicament?

I never knew that was the term, but I used to be afraid of public speaking. I overcame it by saying life is short, who cares what people think.

I think you can try to soak your hands under lukewarm with salt. It is a traditional regimen advised by my grandmother. It is really troublesome to have such condition.
