I built myself a website. This is the first time I have built a website in years. I decided to partake in an offer on one of the websites I earn from. I paid nothing out of pocket (as the earnings were from online and not yet sent to my bank) but I will earn $15.00 when all is said and done. I am not the best with websites anymore, I tend to get very bored of it very quickly. I have done a little bit of work but still have a few more things to do . I've already "published" the site, now I need to figure out the best way to promote it. Obviously not here!

I had my own website years ago but gave it up. It was too much work for the potential earnings. If one does not promote the site, well, it just sits there.

You are right. I am going to try to get it into the high rankings of search engines. I know there are ways to submit the link to the search engines directly but I forget how.

Promoting is the hard part.. I used to have a ton of sites I used, but couldn't really promote them very easily.

I don't know if you ever came across sites where you surf other pages to get credits for your own page to show? They were called traffic sites. I tried those but I doubt anyone uses them anymore.

@ScribbledAdNauseum Yes I used them, but it didn't really get me anywhere. People who use those sites are pretty much already on all the others, so it's pointless.. plus I think I got some viruses from using them!
